We’re proud to only host a handful of weddings a year - Berwick is your home-away-from-home.

Weddings here unfold with a sense of ease and generosity. You’re welcomed in as though the House were your own.

Nothing is formulaic or rigid. Our dedicated wedding Team are thoughtful, calm and generous with their time. We handle every detail with warmth and precision to ensure your special weekend runs exactly as planned.

Walk the aisle through the gardens, say “I do” in the light-filled Drawing Room, tie the knot in the carved Dining Room, or have a personalised ceremony in Berwick’s historic Chapel.

  • Of course! Berwick has an exceptionally talented wedding planner who will assist in crafting your perfect weekend.

  • Absolutely! We also have a list of impressive suppliers for all budgets so if you’re stuck for ideas, we’ll be able to help.

  • You bet! We have 21 rectangular tables and 250 luxury Louis chairs.

  • Our maximum dining capacity is 120 people in the Drawing Room. Of course, if you have a bigger party, you may plan to use the Dining Room (an additional 70 people), as well as the Library (an additional 60). You are welcome to setup a marquee on the croquet lawn for even larger parties.

  • Candles are permitted in vases under supervision. Fireworks are unfortunately not allowed - the Jersey herd doesn’t like the noise!
