Will has been working to convert his family home into an events venue since 2023. He lives on site and has a Great Dane and a pet cat named Sybil (after Fawlty Towers!).

Although he has a background in computer science, he has a variety of hospitality experience and continues to lead the Berwick Team.

I'm a very good magician.

Drink of choice?

Manhattan.

What would your superpower be?

Telekinesis. I'd get so lazy though.

Sales Director

Kassidy first came to Berwick House way back in 2015 - and we’re not sure what’s more surprising - the fact that she agreed to redevelop Berwick House into a wedding venue, or marry Will!

Kassidy leads the events & sales team and you’ll normally find her on a run or taking new bookings.

Spikeball!

Skiing or playing video games.

Only if the bun comes apart.

Jade became our in-house Wedding Planner in 2023 and took on a plethora or existing weddings! She handles almost all of our wedding planning and loves the detail.

Housekeeper

Although D'Arcy was originally hired a bartender, she's taken on the role of Housekeeper in addition!

She started in October 2023 and continues to grow in her role.

Labelling a world map.

Kayleigh works with D'Arcy and Helen to ensure the House is spotless. She has a work history of working at big houses, such as National Trust properties, so feels right at home at Berwick.

Charlie has been working as the very first Porter at Berwick House, a role we made just for him, since 2023.

Although he originally applied for the Bartender job at 16 years old (you have to be minimum 18 to work the bar at Berwick!), we had to give him a role one way or another. It's an indispensable position and Charlie loves the diversity of it.

Flying!

I can vibrate my eyeballs.

Ben joined us in August 2024 and helps with setting up furniture for weddings. He's currently studying at Shrewsbury College.
